Lauren Williams, a native Charlottean, studied Interior Design at East Carolina University. Lauren has always had an interest in the architectural side of the design world, the idea of something being built to last and enjoyed for years to come - a lasting fixture of creativity. Lauren explored residential interior design as a design assistant at Brock Moran Home in Charlotte prior to joining Ruard Veltman Architecture in August of 2011.
"I have always had a passion for design whether it be a historical building that has stood the test of time, a modern work of art that is open to interpretation, or the details on a beautifully constructed piece of furniture. Great design is the same as creating a work of art. Elements such as texture, color, space, and form are carefully put together to create something truly outstanding."
