Stan Dunham, a native North Carolinian, comes from a millwork/cabinetry background. He has spent the last 10 years honing his skills designing and building custom furniture and cabinetry. Stan began building custom furniture for Ruard Veltman Architecture in 2006, and in October of 2011 he joined Ruard Veltman's team and helped create Veltman Meubles, the custom furniture division of the firm. Now Stan enjoys drawing cabinetry and details for RVA, and acts as the lead craftsman for custom furniture pieces for Veltman Meubles.
"I have always had a passion for design and architecture. There is nothing more fulfilling than the transition from the design on paper to the building process. The reward is seeing the project develop and the finished product. Having an opportunity to be involved in the architectural process is both challenging and inspirational."
